[PHP-Export] Filter

Hi friends,
I know that php is a server side scripting language which is used to develop the website. I know that filter is a property of the php. The use of the filter is that when the any request comes into the server then first it check the authorization request . The request should not be unauthorized. If the unauthorized request comes into the server then it is prevent to reach before the server.

I'm not sure, what is your point. Do you want to suggest, that we should check authorization before a visitor can access the PHP export on your webspace?
